About Stephanie

Ever curious and passionate about the many ways we express ourselves, Stephanie brings her love for literature and poetry to her practice. Dissecting prose has encouraged Stephanie to develop a personal yoga practice that delves into the intricacies of the language around yoga and the art of meditation.

Stephanie took her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Certification under the direction and care of her teachers, Clara Roberts-Oss and Carolyn Anne Budgell, in 2015 and is a registered teacher with Yoga Alliance.

Stephanie’s teaching style tends toward vinyasa, with variations in power vinyasa and flow vinyasa classes. Participants can anticipate a lil’ sweat, smiles, and sequencing that guides conscious breath, balance, and creativity.

Feel free to check out Stephanie’s preferred reading list, here, or drop in a class to experience her favorite selection(s) of poetry, tunes, and postures.
